Hi, I'm Rachael!

Thanks for popping in, I’m so glad you’re here! The past few years have been such a meaningful season of growth for me. I’ve poured my whole heart into teaching first grade—an experience that will always be a part of who I am. At the same time, what started as helping my closest friends plan their weddings quickly turned into something I truly fell in love with. From timelines to tiny details, I discovered a passion for creating seamless, joy-filled days.

Now, I get to do exactly that for my couples. I’m the one behind the scenes making sure your wedding day feels just as good as it looks. I truly believe your day should feel like you—fun, intentional, and completely stress-free. My role is to take the pressure off so you can be fully present and soak in every moment.

Whether you need someone to run the show on your big day or help tie everything together in the final stretch, I offer day-of coordination and month-of management to fit your needs.

That’s where we step in! We take the lead on managing the flow of your day, directing vendors, and making sure everything stays on track. From the first setup to the final send-off, we’re there to handle the details behind the scenes so you can stay fully in the moment and enjoy every second.
